Karl R. Salzsieder is an experienced attorney licensed in Washington and Oregon.  He is a graduate of Washington State University where he earned an Agricultural Economics Degree and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree and Lewis and Clark Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree.  He is a business consultant as well as an attorney and has a practice emphasis in the areas of business and real estate transactional law (sales documents, sales contract issues and employment contracts), new business formations, brokerage for the sale of veterinary practices, and estate planning.  As a licensed veterinarian and owner of a veterinary practice Dr. Salzsieder specializes in the legal and business management needs of veterinary practice owners and other small business owners.  He has served the legal needs of the Longview, Washington and the Greater Northwest for over 30 years.
